"My mom lives here, and Everytime I visit the property declines. The garbage is always overflowing, dog poop is everywhere due to dog waste stations have no bags for cleaning up after pets. They have a dog park but you have to cross a rocky creek bed to access the dog park. Residents have added toys and a water bowl but without resources to cleanup it's just a big ole dog toilet. The pool is iffy during the summer if it's open or not. Junk cars parked that obviously don't run. Just keep looking, you have been warned and oh if you call to address any issues they will blame the HOA they don't even like the property enough to open the office on a regular basis. Should be named the dump/junk yard of Chapman's retreat."

"I don't like being giving the runaround. It doesn't take so many days for a declination. Then you wanna say you been off the last few days when you was initially replying, while you was off. Plus $2300 is a lot for a townhome community with no amenities but a pool so Ig it worked out. Be that as it may, a decline doesn't mean avoid the person when prior to you was hell bent on being so helpful then stop responding to emails and such. You knew then. And to claim you didn't know the reason was a lie too, because everyone knows yall always know. Either way, I coulda provided proof for the reason, but yea your whole demeanor changed which tells me, it was all about the money that woulda been gained. Hopefully, they don't take too long sending my admin fee back."

"Tops off to Office staff for helping me to get into my New Home, the office Staff was super friendly and very helpful to walking me through the Leasing process. I got my keys to my new Apartment, I was a little lost to the Area due to being a newbie here, But the Maintenance staff was so helpful to getting me to the correct Home. I will definitely be recommending my friends to this community."

"10/10 do not recommend. They have no ability to schedule maintenance to be done, rather they think it’s acceptable to show up unannounced whenever is convenient for them. Residents throw cigarette butts everywhere, don’t pick up after their dogs. Every building seems to have an ant infestation problem. Rent is incredibly overpriced for what you get. I am dreading spending the remaining months of my lease here, as I have since moving in. Also be sure to video your home when you move in, they will try to make your walk through very quick and purposefully skip over things they know need to be addressed."
