"Have lived at the Villages at Spring Hill for about 3 years and never had an issue, staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been a pleasure and always solves issues. Connor has done a great job servicing facilities for us he was friendly and professional when needed!"

"When I first moved into the complex it was great and very well maintained. They had 2 maintenance men that took care of tending to the complex. But it has completely gone downhill in this last 8 months. People swimming in their clothes, people trespassing and allowed to use the facilities that the tenants pay for. Beer caps and food in the pool, caught one guy washing his hair in the pool. Too many creepy guys lurking and unwanted advances, little security. After this winter storm there has been no snow removal the sidewalks are 2 inches of ice, residents had to put out their own ice melt to safely be able to walk to their cars. The trash containers are constantly heaped too high with trash all around the containers. Then there's the cyotyes that wander the grounds at night and wake us up with their yapping. Needless to say I moved. ETA... also one day I came out to my car to see that the area behind my car was torn up and workers were putting in new blacktop I couldn't get to my appointment and had to wait several hour before I could leave. I was not happy having the work so close to my new car especially when no notice was given to my building about the scheduled work."
