"I’m not sure I ever have written a Google review before but I am writing this bc I am so bummed and I hope it doesn’t happen to you. I got my nails done a few days before I was going home for Christmas. Before I even got on the airplane two had already come off. By the time I was home it was 3. Now it is only a week later and there’s only 3 left. Because I am visiting home for Christmas I have had no time to go sit somewhere for two hours and get them redone and pay again the actual nails are ripping off and getting stuck om things. I have had my nails done consistently for over two years and come. Home for Christmas just to look horrible. I have tried to call and get a refund and email no one will help me. I am not even there to have them fix them. As if even would wanna sit there and waste anymore of my time to have this happen again. If the owner ever decides to look at this. Give me my money back."

"I had a really unfortunate gel x experience at a different nail salon and came to Sf nail bar to get them fixed. I showed Jenny couple photos of what I wanted and Jenny fixed my nails so fast and made sure I liked the shape and the color after each coat. I’m so happy with my nails and the price was so reasonable! Will definitely be a returning customer."

"Making an appointment was easy. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and was the only guest in the shop for most of my appointment. They were very patient with me and my very thin/sensitive nails. I can be very picky and they took any feedback I gave with a smile. I was there for about 1.5hrs for a pedicure and dip removal/reapplication. Price was very fair."

"DO NOT GO FOR GEL MANICURES! First time here and multiple finger nails were peeling within 8 days so I called them and gave them a chance to fix it. When I went in, they said gel only lasts 7 days and after 7 days they charge to fix the nail. They said something about water causing it to peel (I mean… I take the same number of showers as the average person). Since it’s the 8th day, they told me it’s going to be $5 per nail to fix their botched gel manicure. So, get this - I originally paid $36 plus $7 tip for the gel manicure. NOW I have to pay more than the original price if SF NAILS were to fix the nails, within just a week of the original service. Cmon guys, as someone who gets their nails done every month I know that good gel manicure lasts 3 weeks. Do right by your clients and fix the few nails, and have yourselves a happy repeat customer - they lost a customer right here in their neighborhood. Unfortunately, afterwards I found out through other reviews that their gel manicures have been peeling for others too which is not cool. That said, I am all for giving businesses second chances if they remedy the situation, so happy to chat with the owner if they reach out."
