"New management! So clean and so immaculate! Also love all the natural light - feels so airy and bright. Best part is the service is amazing - we are so well taken care of and pampered and we NEVER feel rushed at all. Plus there are 2 massage rooms downstairs - Now we can get a mani pedi AND a massage, wow. Best bonus: they have their own washing machine and dryer downstairs so all their towels are so clean and fluffy. I care a lot about cleanliness and this place is it for us. Thank you!"

"Easy to get an appointment and the most thorough, long-lasting gel mani/pedis! I usually just come for pedis but have been so impressed with the quality that I had them do my nails for my wedding since I wanted something simple. I'm not hyper-picky in general but this time I was; my nails looked good but a few had some air bubbles which they fixed (free of charge) on a walk-in basis the next day. Once fixed, they looked perfect and I'm now past 3 weeks with zero chipping or lifting! I do feel like services can take a long time here but the convenience of the location and quality of their work make it worth it to me :)"

"The only thing good was that I was walk in but I could tell she rushed everything and didn't do a proper job. The nail and cuticle prep was done very quickly it was not a thorough job. I tried to trust the process and not judge but told her about the polish getting on the skin very uneven. She reassured me that she will file after. She did 3 coats of gel color. Afterwards she cleaned the sides like she said she would but it looks like it wasn't cleaned. That shows how bad the application was before the cleanup. Everything was so quick and aggressive my fingers feel raw right now and the skin under and around my nails hurt from her filing the ends. The top of the nail doesn't reach the cuticles and is uneven application. The sides don't reach either and I can see the different layers. The nail is bumpy not smooth application. The top coat did not reach the entire nail I could see some parts of the nail was missed. You can see the pictures. This is not something you want from a salon. There was not a moment I enjoyed the experience. The nails look like it was done by someone's first time with no experience. Completely unprofessional. But even worse is my fingers hurt and may take several days to heal from the cuts."

"Nice vibe. Very clean. Have come here a few times because of location and how nice people are....but.... I have yet to get a tidy, error-free paint job from here. Every single time I'm sorry to say I have to either come home and clean up my cuticles / even out the top coat, or just remove the polish altogether because it's too messy for me. Probably I'm too picky! Pics of today attached."
