"One of the workers was really nice. But overall an awful experience. Place had a tuna smell. The paint on the walls was coming off. One of the ladies ruined the shape of my nails. She went from working on a pedicure (with no gloves) to working on my nails without washing her hands. After she made me rinse in one of the pedicure baths, I walked out."

Gel nails last 3 weeks, and I’m often able to get a same day appointment. This is a long-standing local spot in SF that works hard to earn your business. Make use of the massage chairs for pedicures. Ambiance wise it’s simple - but when the work is this good, it doesn’t matter."

"I walked in here for a gel manicure and days later I am still regretting it. I had gel polish on my nails originally and the technician that worked on me decided to use a nail filer to take it off instead of letting the acetone sit on my nail like other places usually do. By the time she was done one of my nails was filed to the point that it was raw. When I got up to wash the nail dust off the water hitting my nails stung. I was really upset and paid for the manicure she had given me and walked out. I’ve now been using a bandaid and won’t be able to get my nails done for at least a month because I have a gap on my pinky nail that’s pure skin."
