"Got a pedicure done (standard polish) and didn’t wear shoes for 8 hours. Still ended up with pushed back polish on both big toes. Perhaps their polish stock is old?"

"I wouldn't go to any other salon. They are awesome!!!!. They actually sterilize their tools I used to bring my own because so many don't. They also do the wax which no mani pedi is complete without the wax. Also They are quick and will always fit you in if need be. They rock !"

"This has been my usual spot, but unfortunately I will be going elsewhere going forward after 3-4x of poor quality manicures and pedicures. The quality has gone downhill within the last few months. Lazy cuticle work.. little basic callous work (pedicures).. poor nail-smoothing work (they don’t use an electric smoother nor put in much time to smooth the nails). I’ve also seen them turn away customers who clearly were short on time to get something done (and were nice about it), and there were more employees than customers in the store. Customer service has gone downhill since I first started coming here a few years ago."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here recently with a friend who recommend the place. I did enjoy the hot wax and message during my pedicure. But the lady cut my big toenail way to deep on the side. Now my toe nail looks like there's Fungus in it or bacteria. The lady did not sanitize the utensils she used. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!! YOU GUYS Don't CARE"

"Great customer service, with a decent selection of gel options. I’ve been here twice, once for a regular mani/pedi, and then another time for gel. Diem did my gel red french tip mani, and had no problem replicating the design I had in mind, from a couple reference photos. It’s a no frills shop, but very convenient in you live along Cortland. Bring cash."
