National Corporate Housing

"DO NOT AIRBNB FROM NATIONAL! We recently rented an AIRBNB listed with National Rental and post checkout we were sent a request to reimburse them for $250, for lost keys and deep cleaning. The keys were not lost and placed exactly as requested on the counter and in the lockbox. More importantly, the pictures that were provided for the deep cleaning related to the shower, oven, taking out the trash, and replacement of 1 towel. The shower already had mold in it when we checked in, the apartment policy was to put the trash outside the door of the condo, the oven is probably 5 years old and we didn't get it dirty. we literally only cooked chicken nuggets in the oven. I'm fairly sure it was not cleaned before we checked in and that maybe only linens were replaced but there were no sheets on 2 beds. Complete sham to request $250 or either they aren't smart enough and are getting hosed by the cleaners. If National responds, hopefully they'll post the laughable pictures of the request and not just the trash bags and the 1 towel...."

When I found National Corporate Housing, everything was on the up and up, and I was dealing with an individual, Tyler, who answered all my questions and was very quick to respond. The instructions were spot on in how to get into the rental. This rental is immaculate. I packed a lot of my kitchen necessities, only to find out, I didn't need anything, because the rental is supplied with everything you need. From salt and pepper shakers to a hand mixer and everything in between. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of housing for a short - long term stay. Going forward, I won't use anyone else. Tyler has been very professional and attentive to my communications and has fulfilled everything that I have needed. National Corporate Housing has won my business."
