"Great community. Units are all very nice and new (I believe all built 2016 forward). The staff is great and any maintenance requests are usually handled that day or at most, a day later. Many units have attached garages and all units have a front door entrance so you don't have to walk down hallways (like a hotel) which is the case in every other complex in the area. Also, for Amazon deliveries, you get packages delivered to your front door. The grounds are great and the neighborhood is gorgeous."

"LOVE Heartwood at Lockwood Glen! I have lived at a handful of “Luxury “ apartments in the area and Heartwood far exceeds any standards set for apartment living. Starting with the office staff who go above and beyond with any assistance needed in the application and move in process to the property that is well maintained and beautiful landscaping plus being built in a neighborhood makes it feel like a home rather than a concrete building in the middle of a parking lot. It’s a newer property so the appliances, Fixtures etc are up to date. The maintenance team are great as well. I put in a work order and they were there same day to take care of it. I’ve read a lot of the reviews which for the most part it seems like the other residents are as happy as I am… there will always be someone that you can’t please no matter what you do… I have never had any issues with bugs or my appliances not working, if there is ever an issue I have no doubt it will be addressed and remedied in a timely manner. I have recommended to co workers and friends to come check out Heartwood. Until I’m in a position to purchase a home this is where I will stay. I’m sure if you call and talk with anyone in the office or stop by to take a look you will see what a great place it is! Just wanted to put this out there after reading a recent review that was a bit ridiculous that there may be a bad apple here and there but the rest of the orchard is beautiful ❤️"

"I have recommended Heartwood at Lockwood Glen to others from out of state who are looking to move to Franklin. We are very pleased with the management (Shana is terrific), the maintenance of the property and the location. It is also very quiet. I love the gym, clubhouse and the salt water pool. Our apartment also has a private garage which enters into the residence. Heartwood is also very conveniently located to shopping, services, medical facilities and to downtown Franklin; always a favorite."
