"Lived here for 2 years, for the old price it was nothing special and they're raising rent in the triple digits this year, insane. There was only two positives about living here, being half a mile from downtown Franklin, and the former assistant manager Jason was ALWAYS responsive and helpful. I've never lived somewhere where I actually knew one of the managers by name. However, he took a better opportunity when the apartments changed ownership. Other negatives, it's not uncommon to see dog feces on the sidewalks and nothing would be done about it, not every apartment is the same but ours had stickers for flooring and they were awful, in the two years I was there the air filters weren't changed once. If the price had remained reasonable I could probably still recommend this place but currently I would not."

"What makes the Whitney a great place to call home is the staff and management, specifically, Jason. Jason is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always with a smile to genuinely ask how you're doing. He deserves 10 stars. Overall the management at the Whitney is very accomodating and helpful, they are always planning fun events for the residents. The units have been remodeled, and they are nice as far as apartments go. I liked that there is no carpet, they have vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood. The crew that did the remodel did a sloppy job with some of the finishes, but most people probably won't notice or care. It's important to note that there is smoking allowed at the Whitney, and a lot of the residents smoke. If you have a problem with smoke or asthma you may want to ask about your location in the complex. The location of the Whitney is great, Kroger right up the street and charming downtown Franklin is just a stone's throw away. I moved into the Whitney from another state, sight unseen, and it was a good choice for me."

"We searched every apartment complex in the Franklin High School district. Hands down, the Whitney was the best choice! You cannot beat the location, convenience, and service that this place offers. The manager of the property is great and goes the extra mile with a smile. The maintenance guy is very kind and considerate. It is also very quiet and my daughter and I feel safe. Lastly, it is newly remodeled and clean, the amazing pool/gym which is newly done is a big plus!!! Highly recommend this place."
