"HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go here if you love your beautiful thick brows. I asked the lady with redish hair just to clean my eyebrows up nothing more, and she literally left me with the thinnest 2000’s brows you can imagine. She was so aggressive and was ripping the thread across my face with zero regard for me and cut me twice in between my eyebrows. THEN she upcharged me two extra dollars for having thick hair, what a joke. This is not my usual place and I only stopped by cause of the weather and it was close, but never ever again!!!!!"

"I stopped going here for a few years because they kept making my eyebrows too thin but my sister told me to give them another shot and go during the week. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done since I was in 6th grade and have never had them done so perfectly !! I have went three times since and had them done by two different women who work during the week and they are both so amazing. I’m just so pleased with their work I had to leave a review because I’ve had a change of heart over time and was thinking that someone else might too !"

"DO NOT COME HERE!! I had a terrible experience, and when I complained I was yelled at . She said she did her absolute best but the whole tail of my brow was GONE. I had to hold back my tears because I was getting ready for a birthday party .I asked for them to be clean , I left with an entire new eyebrow shape. My friend got hers done ( she has thin eyebrows ) And it seems they just gave us the same brow. Beyond the bad experience the customer service was just as bad if not worse. Don’t bother complaining or speaking up because they will help."

"I am really disappointed. I asked questions but never got answers. She plunked me down in a chair and said lean back. Didn't ask how I wanted my brows. Just started in and It HURT! I asked her to be more careful and she said the pain was normal. Not a very inviting place. The 2 young women could care less about their customers. I will not go back."
