I have met two of the three sisters who own this cute little set-up, and both have been a pleasure to work with and don’t mind meeting my very high expectations. "Worst eyebrow wax experience ever. I have scabs under both eyebrows, swollen and painful. She also plucked a hole in the middle of one of my brows. They are not even at all so now I am going to have to spend extra time everyday attempting to fill them in. Also one of the highest priced eyebrow waxes I’ve encountered. I get my brows done every 3 weeks for over a decade. Never been injured or had a hole in the middle of an eyebrow. I do not even understand how someone could do this poor of a job. Response: The eyebrow with the hole in the middle of it, was not the side with the scar... It was the other side where literally hair from the middle of my eyebrow was removed. Meaning there was hair on top and under. I don't even know how that was possible. I appreciate the offer of a refund but it was contingent on me taking down my review. Mistakes happen what bothered me most was she knew they were made and said nothing while I was there."

"I’ve been seeing these girls for the last four years. I’m so thankful that I found them. No one has ever gotten my eye brows or waxing done the way I like it, except for them. There was a time that I lived in SF & I would commute to San Rafael to continue getting my services from them. They are the only ones that I trust doing my waxing because they all do an amazing job. "I went in with a friend who had multiple things done. Her eyebrows are a natural look. However, they were dyed, trimmed, waxed, and plucked. The dye was a blue black that matched her hair and skin perfectly. This whole process was done with absolute precision. This took under thirty minutes. The result was so amazing, I had my eyebrows waxed as well. My brows looked perfect too! There are two sisters working here. Alexis did my brows and the older sister Madeline did my friend's. This place is on 5th Avenue next to the MMission Church and above the ground floor Propaganda Museum. Second Floor through the hallway. My eyebrow waxing was $30. I would return and recommend this place."
