"Just realized that my very first review was quite poorly written (I was annoyed after having spoken to their front desk clerk, so did not take the time to proofread, and I was writing the review on my phone because in the car - as a passenger- away from a computer). New review (second review): After leaving this review, they called me back to tell me they would send the treatment costs covered by my primary insurance company to my secondary insurance company, it's appreciated, but I really wish it would have been done in the first place like my other usual clinic does. Leaves a bad impression, but at least they tried to fix their mistake. First -edited for clarity- review: They wouldn't send the treatment costs covered by my primary insurance company to my secondary insurance company, which could have saved me a lot of time. Instead I had to search online on my secondary insurance company's website how to submit treatment costs covered through a primary insurance company and then wait on the phone to talk with a representative from my secondary insurance company to try and get them the dental costs covered by my primary insurance company, and I would have had to fill a lenghty and annoying form and then mail it to them since they don't have an any sort of electronic system for individuals. Whoever at Pacific Heights Dental Studio is in charge of speaking with customers could have been nicer in handling this and not sounding like talking to me was the worst thing in the world."

She was communicative, continued to check on me and did an outstanding job. Dr. Wendy is extremely detailed and a true perfectionist. You will not leave the office with your teeth anything less then perfect. And Lisa, every office needs a Lisa who always greets you so warmly when you walk in the office."
