She was diligent, took her time to get the exact shape I wanted, advised me on color, softened and trimmed the cuticles several times until they were perfect, gave a relaxing hand and wrist massage, and the application and top coat were perfect. Treated us to bevies. :) I got a gel mani, he got the classic mani w buff. Both of us very happy and pleased w end results! Definitely coming back to this neighborhood gem.
