"I had my nails done by May, she was rude and unprofessional. She did my nails unevenly and you could clearly see the marks. I told her the manicures were uneven and she responded “yea, because your nails are uneven” and stared at me with attitude. I was like seriously, that’s why you need the nail buffer or electrical tool to even it out. I dunno why she didn’t do that in the first place. I was here to get a manicure, not too get attitude. Avoid this place or at least avoid her."

"I was in town for work and visited after one of my nails broke in the middle of the trip. The nail techs are meticulous and have a high attention to detail. The owner made sure that each customer was happy and comfortable. Linh did a beautiful job on my dip french manicure and Henry on my pedicure. A little on the pricey side but that’s just SF for you! I would definitely come back again next time I’m in town."
