"DO NOT GO HERE FOR GELX! I was staying in Marin for the week and needed to get a new set before a trip and unfortunately decided to come here. My initial experience was super pleasant and they even did chrome finish on my nails. However, a few hours after I got my nails done, one fell off! This has NEVER happened to me, but I figured it was a fluke and called them the next day and they were happy to fix.The issue is that two days later, I had THREE more nails (different than the first one that was fixed) fall off! I have been getting GelX for years and have never had this happen to me! I called to get a refund because I didn't want to go back to them to fix it since it seems to be a recurring issue--one is a fluke, four in total is a major issue. They refused to give me a refund, so I had to go back to them to fix it unless I wanted to pay twice (plus the cost to soak off). I went back and they redid all my nails but now two days after getting the final fix ANOTHER nail fell off!! I honestly don't understand what the issue is because this has never happened when I go to my regular salon. Will never be returning here. I'm not one to write reviews but I was just so upset by this experience."
