The owner will try and push you to her saying she had a 'last minute cancellation' but she is rude, inept, incompetent. The receptionist has the brain of a 1st grader and the owner doesn't care about any of it."

"I may be bias but Thomas has been cutting my hair for about 20 years!!! He does amazing color and is a cut specialist. He's also great to talk to. The cuts grow out almost perfect. I get creative color and my blow drys and dope and last about a week. The salon is super spacious, modern, extra clean & has parking. Beer, Wine etc."

"I went to Heroes and Hairoines to get my hair colored. I showed the stylist a picture of the what I wanted. At the end of my appointment, my hair was the wrong color and the highlights were unevenly distributed. I said I wasn’t happy and I wanted it redone, but he insisted that the color I had “looked better” than the picture until I eventually left. It cost me $200 at another salon to clean up the mess he made. It was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had."
