But the perfume was in the safe under the key. The consultants were unable to open them! We don't know where the key is. This is the worst service I've ever encountered"

"ULTA is always my go to for make up and most hair care and they usually have really good sales and gift sets if you look for them. The variety is unmatched. Curbside pick up is extremely quick and sales associates know what they’re talking about and spend time with you if you need them too. Their points system pays off well!! It’s always a nice surprise when you go to pay and your whole ULTA haul is paid for by points! Today I got Redken shampoo, conditioner, leave in spray, 5 face masks by Peter Thomas Roth, It’s a 10 leave in spray, hair ties and a tinted moisturizer for $77 total."
