"It pains me to leave this review because usually I have a great experience. Last Thursday I went in to get a full set and the woman who began the nails was very rushed and just simply not taking time to detail. My thumbnail was so incredibly crooked that I didn’t think there was a chance for it to be fixed without being completely removed and re-positioned. Then without notice she got up grabbed her purse and said somebody else would be taking care of me and out the door she went. The next lady who I believe to be the owner was extremely professional and thorough but unfortunately two days later I had several of my nails begin to lift, which has never been a problem before. I have an extremely busy schedule so I did not have time to go back in to get them fixed so I ended up buying some nail glue. I do not believe the lifting was the fault of the second lady but rather the first due to her rushing and not doing a thorough job in prepping my nails. I paid $55 for the set and just did not expect lifting after two days"
