"I used them as a property management firm for a house. The tenants had painted most of my home daycare colors. I had no idea being out of state and didn't authorize several of the horrific, tacky colors they used. I would receive the monthly payments very late in the month. Anne Chambers charged a fee to just drive over to the property at the inception of the lease although I had the tenant identified and she would be receiving a monthly amount in commission to manage the property. At the end when receiving my check, she wanted me to put in writing I received it although we had spoken over the phone as well. Cashing the check indicated receipt, but she needed me to show proof. Instead of making me as the landlord of a previously, immaculate home jump through hoops, I believe she should have been monitoring the property better and explaining how to maintain the condition of the home to the tenant You can tell there are some issues with working with certain people in my opinion. I never received the keys back I gave her as a copy for the management firm to have. I still have my emails and records of documentation of my feedback here."
