"Maintenance is on point here! Johny on the spot, respectful of boundaries, provide written notice with set dates well in advance of PMs. Management is accommodating and consistent. Everything is handled professionally and courteously. Office has an open door policy that allows for quick access to address grievances, answer questions, and even pay your rent with their system if your internet is down. Facilities are clean, grounds are clean, and dog waste bins are emptied frequently."

"The management is pathetic! They have the worst possible attitude and think that they are doing a favor by leasing this place to the tenants! The manager Millie is incapable of performing her duties and thinks talking to tenants is not part of her job or responsibilities! Ridiculous! Once your lease is over and if you are planning to move out, then they try to extort money by claiming for things that were not even present in the apartment! Sad to see this place has turned to be such a worst place under the current management!"

"I have been living here for about 3+ years now. Apartments are good and maintenance are good. Be very very extra careful about Ladies working in leasing office. I have referred two friends in Apartments couple months back, the lady at leasing office ( Destiny) confirmed my friends that I will get referral bonus after a month of their move, which did not happen. When my friends checked they said we did not tell them and asking for proof. Even the manager Millie ( whom I knew for about 3 years now sided with her associate) Such a shame for some dollars they play tricks."
