"I will never recommend. Rule out all your options before even thinking about this community. The staff lies and deceive on their commitments. One day they say will fix everything to get lease signed and next day they will deny everything. Even for signed and unfair charges they do as they please. One person says you will get refunds or adjustments in your rent. Other person denies and then first person also start denying. Stay away from this community if you don't want a poor quality living standard and lying and responsibility/commitment disowning staff. Very poor experience."

"New management are forcing renters to change blinds with minor defects which was not the case with previous management. They also changed other terms in lease agreement which forces renters to pay four times the amount it used to be while transferring the lease.Also no on cleans dog droppings."

"New management policies are very much against renters, got notice to replace window blinds even with minor damage which is primarily because of poor quality of blinds. Previous management had replaced my blinds for free as part of maintenance service but now they’re charging 60-120$ for it. I would not recommend this community to anyone due to these new policy changes."
