"Great Property! Pretty grounds! Great office staff as well! Kelly and Amy do a great job! A+"
"I lived there for many years and loved it. The management were always professional and courteous. Great amenities and the neighbors were always friendly. It's a very laid back quiet community with nice well kept landscaping. Never had an issue with pests or rodents. Well lit up at night with working street lights. Kelly and Amy are great managers and fun to speak with. They get things done in a timely manner as needed. I highly recommend these apartments."
"I lived there for three years, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The office staff has always been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Any maintenance requests were addressed immediately, regardless of their importance. They were absolutely fantastic about communicating with me with anything that was going on. The property itself is very high-quality. I never heard my neighbors at any point during the three years that I lived there. You can slightly hear the garage door opening and closing, but that’s about it. It’s also very safe. The area is very quiet, you’ve got great access to the green line, and overall it’s just very safe and quiet. Police response about 2-3 minutes, fires about 60 seconds. The management there is truly the best that you’ll find as far as landlords go. I figured I would be getting very little to none of my deposit just because I ended up moving in kind of a rush, and I had fully lived there for years. Hung art up, all that kind of stuff. But I ended up getting pretty much all of my deposit back, minus final utilities. They have been more than fair with anything I’ve asked. I wish they had houses available to rent, because this really is the best landlord that you’re going to find. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for an apartment in this area. It was on the less expensive end when I moved in, and now it’s in the most expensive end, but it’s because it really is managed better than any of the others. You only have neighbors next to you, and you share a wall with the garage instead of with them, so you don’t hear them, and there’s nobody above or below you."
"Quiet neighborhood with some decent stores nearby. Location is good. However not much lighting observed on the property so it appears it may get very dark there at night. However, I found the apartment homes to be very mediocre and basic. I guess I expected more for the area and the price. Appliances and finishes are dated and the fridge freezer is too small. I toured the 2 bedroom Savannah model. The rooms felt a bit tight for me. Closets aren't that spacious. I have an apartment downtown with larger closet space. Floors are all carpeted accept in the kitchen and bathroom, and that can hold allergens and mold. The upside for me is the spacious kitchen and the private garage. But I have a garage space where I currently live and in most of my homes, so it wasn't enough for me. The person I toured with seemed very nice and sincere during our tour. I didn't feel rushed. I appreciated that about her. However, the application process seems rather presumptuous. I was told I wouldn't qualify without a 700 credit score and wouldn't get passed the first step which is very odd. I thought things like that are supposed to be handled by a back office anyway to avoid discrimination. I appreciate being told but it was an odd conversation. I'm sure I would meet the qualifications. I have lived in many states/ environments and places with top notch amenities, appliances, flooring, onsite security staff, concierge, secured entry etc and have never had anyone say that. I suppose she didn't want me waste my money with the application fee if I couldn't? Either way it's not worth it for me to apply because it didn't meet my expectations. But it might fit someone who is wanting to be off the beaten path but not too far from shopping if you need it. Popular is just around the corner as well."
