"Very poor customer service. Don't recommend them at all. I was extremely disappointed to be ignored and not even acknowledged after checking in and stylists being done with their customers. Instead of acknowledging me and my grandson after sweeping up after their last client, it was more important to fold towels and talk between themselves. Not once we're we spoken too."

"Terrible customer service. I checked in 40 minutes before closing and when I got to the Sport Clips, the doors were locked even though my name was up on the screen. The two ladies working in the Woodland location decided they wanted to leave 30 minutes early so they wouldn’t be able to give me a haircut. They didn’t give me a call to tell me they were closing early instead they saw my name on the board knowing I was up to bat and just let me drive down wasting my time and gas so they could tell me at the door that they were sorry but they decided to close early. Worst customer service period. Just brutal. Can’t count on Sport Clips Woodland if you’re going to a function and need your hair cut. They’ll deny you and send you on your way. Time to find somewhere else to get my hair cut."

"Great experience and haircut. Had to find a new place to get my hair cut in town while I'm here for work, and usually I end up with a few bad haircuts before I find a good place. The gal here, I *believe* her name was Brenda, did excellent. I'll be back again for my next haircut."
