"I came to Deepti to get my hair blow dried, straightened, and cut. For reference, I have afro textured hair- 4a, dense, thick, and tightly coiled. She was on time, knowledgeable about which products/tools to use and made me feel very comfortable. I was unsure what to expect but I left feeling confident and beyond satisfied with my service. I highly recommend Deepti. As I was leaving, the rain was coming down heavily and Christo kindly walked me to my car with their personal umbrella. "Just got an eyebrow and upper lip waxing. However, did not realize I had skin ripped from in between my brows. That has never happed to me before. This happened at Ulta salon and the lady did not tell me it happened, she just added a ton of aloe Vera for me not to complain of pain. I can’t believe I paid $41 plus tip (~$50) for my skin to be ripped. And manager that rung me up didn’t even say anything. Never again. See pictures. I hope I don’t scar."
