"LOVE living here!! its just the best"
"My daughter has been here a year. She's a grad student and we wanted her outside of the city. She had a CONSTANT roach problem from the beginning. Maintenance would come and spray but they kept coming back, and then maintenance started having an attitude. She is VERY clean, and she could not tell where they were coming from. My husband during a visit from NJ investigated and found the dryer vent hose was not outside, but venting inside! and the hole was wide open! He fixed and sealed it...no more bugs. My daughter had to deal with that for MONTHS! And the leasing office is very difficult to deal with. They gave me 5 days to have the Guarantor form filled out and notarized and the first time they emailed me about it, they didn't attach the form! Almost impossible to have this done during the week when I work. I have to overnight it at my expense of $24.50 so that they don't charge her hundreds of dollars more a month. She has been there a year, and has never been late with the rent. For such an expensive apartment, their customer service should be a better. You are definitely NOT getting what you pay for."
"2 bedroom 2 bath is very spacious. Kitchen overlooks living area. Rooms are separate for privacy. Carpeted, even the stairs. Hardwood laminate in kitchen and bath. Huge bay windows in living and dining. Nice appliances stove, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Lots of cabinets. Dining area big enough for a 6 person table. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. Additional closet for linen in hallway between front bedroom and bath. Maintenence staff responds promptly. Same day in most cases. Quiet close knit community, yet private. Everyone recognizes everyone because most tenants walk the perimeter of the complex, yet you have your privacy too. No loud music or disturbing noises. We used to be in 1 bedroom on vineyard way, now on Eldor Rd, so we've been on both sides of the complex."
"We never got a chance to view an apartment here, due to poor management ability. True when we walked the manager was assisting someone else, but the greet was very sad and she never acknowledged our time or interest. What a professional manager would have done, was greeted with a smile and asked did we have an appointment or would we like to make one. Instead, our out of town time was wasted here, and we were pushed out the door after waiting kindly and quietly for over 15 minutes. Just be told she’s about to give the first inquiry a tour and must locked the doors, may we come back. I’m very disappointed with the fake apology of “ you apologize “, when you knew from the moment we walked in you would be unavailable to service our inquiries at the time. So your apology wasn’t sincere to me, it was just as fake as your business greet when walked in to the office. I hope you take this information and do better with managing guest. Time is money and money is time. Please consider using time wisely for the company you represent."
"We looked to move here. Got a weird vibe from the place. Outside was gorgeous…inside not so much. Just a plain old carpeted, dark, closed-in feel. Saw two bugs, a dead something and a live spider. If this is “remodeled,” I wonder what it looked like before? There is only one interior picture on their website for a reason. Had to make an appointment just to get in the door. We asked about safety and we’re told she couldn’t tell us about that. We would have to call the police department for information. It was a liability for her to share that info. What?!? We talked to other places in the area that we’re happy to share how safe their complexes were. Go somewhere else."
