"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to visit my friends mom, and the environment that management has their tenants in is deplorable and it has caused so much damage to their furniture and property!! Why is maintenance not taking care of the mold their occupants are living in?? DO NOT RENT HERE!"
"Appliances outdated! Cabinet peeling! Countertops peeling from being painted. Pool hasn’t been open for over 3 years! Landscaping is terrible. These apartments are nothing like they use to be. Everything went to hell. Don’t rent here please find somewhere else."
"This place has went dramatically downhill since the new ownership by legacy partners and the new staff. The old staff was helpful and caring this new staff is useless. I’ve lived here for years, I can’t get anything new or fixed my air has been broken for over a year and they come out and say it is fixed and are rude only to have to go back the next day to tell them it’s still not working. I gave up after months of this and bought my own window units, they have recently said they fixed it again but again they were wrong. They are cheap and don’t treat people that were here before them well at all. You would think as a loyal quiet resident that gives no issues and rarely complains, they would want to keep you around but no they are just lazy and don’t care. Thanks for nothing LEGACY, you made what use to be a nice place to live hell."
"We want Lance back! This is a terribly overpriced place for what you get for it. We have asked for our AC to be fixed 5 times at least. It was fixed last night and then this morning it was broken again. They just put band-aids on there for temporary fixes instead of actually fixing them. The customer service representatives are also rude except for Ms. K. I talked to a Shakira trying to make sure I had air when I got back from work, and she had an attitude with me. I said thank you, and I was hung up on. Another time, I tried to get an air filter and it was half and hour before closing, and the rep was on her personal cell phone and quickly went to get me the WRONG SIZE filter, and my roommate had to go back up there herself and get the correct size. Had she been paying more attention, she would have gotten the right size to begin with. The fitness center has been "being fixed" since Lance left half a year ago and is SUPPOSED to be ready in fall. The apartment living itself hasn't been bad, but for what we pay and to be ON TIME EVERY TIME, you would think they would treat it a little better."
"It's not a good sign when there are 5 different managers in one year! But I guess that happens a lot with multifamily properties. My rental ledger had been wrong from the day I moved in until the month I moved, a year later. The thermostat was always malfunctioning. I told them on more than one work order that it likely needed replacing. But that fell on deaf ears. The kitchen counter tops are badly painted, always peeling to the point of seeing the red covering underneath. The apartment itself was not thoroughly clean (the white ceiling fans looked like they had not been dusted in years). The kitchen cabinets had a terrible smell. And I tried everything known to man to get rid of the smell, from vinegar mixture to bleach to scented cotton balls, but there was no permanent remedy. There is not sufficient parking and some people have 4 cars, and there are only 7 parking spots per each 4-unit side of the building...so if every unit is occupied, you can do that math! The most recent manager, Lance, was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Other tenants may review him differently. But my experience with him was not a pleasant one. He came in saying he was brought in to clean up the mess from previous managers, but it seems to me that he made more of a mess of things within my last month there. The only positive I have is that the upstairs unit I had was in the back with a very nice view of the lake."
