Tiny home apartments

"I visited these apartments and was interested in renting a room, but couldn't find anyone on site to speak with. Despite leaving messages and calling the number posted, no one ever returned my calls. Luckily, there was one guy with his door open who was kind enough to help me out. He looked like a participant from the TV show 600 Pound Life, but he told me the place was nice and the managers were friendly. He even gave me their phone number. However, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable when I saw him sitting with his door open and no shirt on for everyone passing by to see. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff, but the one helpful guy was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience."

"The property is in dire need of some real TLC. The yard surrounding the property was in need of cutting, trimming and cleaning. The windows and some doors need to be replaced and so does the wire screens over most of the windows on the property. If the owners don't want to invest some money back into this property only minutes away from the casinos in Tunica then perhaps they should reach out to me to discuss selling the property."
