"Lisa is awesome! She realizes the struggles of her tenants and does everything in her power to help. That's the positive. The negative is that the rent has gone up ridiculously high and no renovations have been made to the apartments of the people already living here. If I'm going to pay $800 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment, make it worth me paying $800 a month for a 1 bedroom. And don't raise the rent anymore because of a few renovations. Another positive, My neighbors are nice!!"

"Current resident. I'm going to say like this, this might be a good place to stay. Just not my unit. Management absolutely refuses to fix anything. And my neighbors upstairs jump and stomp all day just because they know it bothers my partner and I. Management doesn't do anything about that, either. Management doesn't even be on the premises most days and they don't answer calls or emails. I've been here since August and they have yet to install any interior doors, I have outlets that don't work, an improperly installed shower head (water shoots out from the side of the pipes) among many other problems. I can't wait until my lease is up. I'm actually thinking about paying to break it, this place is horrible."
