"I've been a satisfied customer at the Prunedale store for over 10 years. I must say rarely do they NOT have what I need, the people there are always smiling and eager to help. This is as close to a perfect business model you could expect. Well done, we maintained, well managed, customer always right attitude, you just don't see that any more. Now ,I'm in Greenfield, as you probably know, they're ain't much here, if you need it you drive an hour to Salinas. Many thanx you guys. One suggestion : maybe you could carry some canine Parvovirus testing kits as well as a few others too, Parvo kills dogs so fast that ordering it, may be too late. Thanx again. And well done."
