"Recently my wife I were traveling on highway 101 on our way home from LA to San Jose. When we stopped for a break in King City, our car began to misfire as it idled. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were no mechanics available, anywhere in town. Two very nice young employees at a Quick Stop suggested we go to O’Reilly’s auto parts on Broadway. An employee there ran a scan and found that we had a bad ignition coil and they ordered the part for us. It lwas there in less than an hour. Then, one of the employees Eddie, and a former employee , Art, who just happened to be there, offered to replace the part themselves. Within an hour our car was good as new. We asked them how much we owed them and they said, “Don’t worry, about it, we got this!” We we’re blown away by their kindness and professionalism at a very traumatic time for us. We are both seniors and we can’t say enough about O’Reilly’s and more specifically Eddie and Art. Thank you both very much! Doug and Jean"

This is a great convenience, meaning your vehicle can be repaired today vs waiting for parts to arrive in days/weeks."
