"I used to use this Tru value a lot. But stopped because of the people working there. I had 43 days agonan emergency and instead of going to Paso I bought one hoping it would fit from here. It didn’t so I put it with the receipt in its package on my back seat. Last time I was in King City I forgot it, so today I brought it back. The lady who acted like she was in charge was ageuing about how she doesn’t care what the price is in King city that don’t price match. Then she told me they have a struck 30 day policy and even though my hose is brand new kn the package it came in with the reciept she is keeping my $30. I used to go in every week as I ranch and work with materials and tools. I will never go back. $30 cost them any future money from me or my business. I hope they change manegement again so I can go back to haveing a hardware store that’s dependable instead of going to Soledad or Paso."

"Needed a weedeater, stood around for 10 minutes, with employees ignoring me. I was holding it, I wanted it and the staff didn't care. Store is nicer, but staff isn't up to the tasks."
