"This place is about quantity vs. Quality. Too fast service. Went twice, and both time, my gel chipped off. Also, it would be nice if they had a different channel in their t.v vs. cooking."

"I am writing on behalf of my senior citizen mother who visited this nail salon on 9/11/2023. She went in for a pedicure but unfortunately experienced an injury and subsequent infection on her right toe. During the pedicure, the nail technician accidentally cut into her cuticle. However, the technician did not wash the injured toe with clean soap and water to prevent infection. The cut was exposed to the water bath and tools used for the pedicure, which may have been contaminated. As a result, my mother left the salon with a bleeding foot and was charged $60. The following day, the pain and throbbing worsened, leading her to seek medical attention at Kaiser Bonita. The doctor had to lance her toenail, which was extremely painful, in order to release the pus buildup. Additionally, she was prescribed heavy-duty antibiotics for a 15-day period. The doctor mentioned that based on the appearance of her toe and its deteriorated state within just 24 hours, it was likely exposed to aggressive and harmful bacteria. This experience has raised serious concerns about the quality and standards of this nail salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Not the best manicure and pedicure ever. But you get what you pay for. $45 for a mani pedi. The techs were nice and friendly. But the quality of polish wasn’t great. 5 hours later and it still hadn’t set. By the next day the polish was already peeling."
