Told one of the workers here i wanted to dye my hair a slight color than my current one that won’t completely damage and practically told me she wont do it and gave me an attitude as if she wanted me to leave. She was rude and unprofessional and her loss for losing a customer."

I was desperate looking for an appointment to revive my hair from my dead ends from a previous balayage and she accepted my appointment fast and came in with only 15 minutes notice. I asked for a deep copper so I wouldn’t have to bleach my natural dark hair and she gave me exactly that, beautifully. Such a subtle but gorgeous color especially in the sunlight. And she gave me the perfect round layers that I asked for that seriously revived my hair from the dead. No more split ends, gorgeous color and feels so refreshing. Thank you Imelda!"
