"I went in for a gel manicure the lady who did my nails was not detail oriented. I also got my gel pedicure and that experience was alright. The lady (manager) who did my manicure left bumps on most of my nails and forgot to paint 1/3 of my nail, only doing the top. Someone else tried to fix it and said it was CHEAPER to just remove half the nail polish on each nail and then repaint. The paint turned out uneven and at this point I had several cuts on my hands. I asked them to remove it so I could leave because they agreed it was so bad. So they did and couldn't get them nice enough snd left them all scratched up and much shorter than I wanted because they wouldn't stop filing them. 3 hours later I got no where. Additionally while I was having a normal conversation with the staff and keeping my voice down. One of their customers was rude to me and said my situation was bumbing her out and asked me to leave. This blond lady was incredibly rude when I had not even raised my voice at any point, just spoke softly to the nail techs."

"Bloody infected cuticle. They just rubbed some powder to stop the bleeding & put some neosporin with her fingers after touching money. I've been a regular customer for 3 years, but will not go here again since this would be the 4th time this happened. First 3 times were when I got a pedicure done. It was so infected, the flesh nesr my cuticle was out & puffy. Due to using unsanitized dirty tools... Andy that's always at the front desk felt very bad & offered a free $40 gift Certificate to get a free pedocure done again. But i had to deal with this right nefore I attended a wedding. There's a lot of great nail techs that done my nails so nicely, so I'm very disappointed. Btw, they deleted this review once. I will keep posting this to inform other customers!!"
