"I was disappointed in my lashes after getting a fill here as a new customer. I called and the owner Pat was lovely and shared that she would schedule me with a lash technician and said they were experienced. Denise did my lashes and I needed another fill three days later as the lashes were just falling out (I’ve had lashes for 6 years). I was very disappointed with the service I received from the sniffling from her nose over my head, to the breathing over me, which I inhaled. I asked for volume and they were not full and did not even look as if I got a fill. I understand we all need practice when new, but just tell the customer they are new so we have reasonable expectations."
