"My Family got me a gift certificate to Alter Ego for my B-day. when I called to schedule an appointment, I told the girl who answered the phone, that I needed a stylist who could cover my grayz without changing my natural color. She said she knew someone that would be great for me, and offered me a FREE consultation. I wish every salon would do this, so you don't end up with a stylist who jacks up hair. I met with Juan, I explained what I wanted and he said "NP I got you" so I made an appointment. I'm really excited to see what he does."

"Love this salon!! I’ve been coming here for my services for the last two years, one stop shop ladies! Hair, Estician services and lashes. I love that they are so accommodating to busy women who don’t have time to visit three different salons for three different services. Plus, everyone is so nice and helpful. I don’t do my nails, but if I ever wanted to, they offer that too!"

"I hardly ever leave reviews but I feel in this case I had to and if I could leave 0 stars I would. I am naturally a dirty blonde/golden blonde but occasionally I like to get a lighter blonde done about once a year or so. My hair was super healthy and I had put a lot of time and effort into getting it that way. I went in with a clear photo of what I wanted and showed the stylist which she looked at multiple times. The results I was left with was astonishing and just embarrassing. Not only did I pay $200 for this service but I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the mistake. I have added pictures below of what my hair looked like before, what I asked for and what I was given. I really feel I deserve a full refund for the lack of knowledge and skills that was displayed and well as the time, money and effort that have gone into fixing this issue. Normally I go to a different salon but saw some decent reviews for this location and I was mislead, disappointed and embarrassed. I work in customer service so I have the absolutely most respect for customer service industry workers but this was just ridiculous. I did not want to call out the stylist but I really think she needs retraining/recertification before she works on anyone’s hair again. My appointment was with Letty. Please, please think carefully before booking with her if you want to save your hair."

"Marcy is an excellent and trusted hair stylist and eye lash extension expert. I have been using Marcy for 10+ years and I've followed her around, that's how much I enjoy her services. She's the best lash specialist! So natural looking, full and luxurious lashes. In also started brining my 78 year old mom for her short haircut and style. Marcy does an excellent job working snd caring for my mom through the process. Recommend Marcy 10 out of 10!"
