"Not very happy. I have moderate hearing loss and bought a set of hearing aids a year ago. I was charged $1,600 a piece for a total of $3,200. I was told my insurance would not cover them; I am not on Medicare. The hearing aids are light and confortable but feel like they will fall off my ears especially wearing glasses. They were adjusted a couple of times. They are flimsy and constantly need batteries. I am still paying these off a year later and had to use a credit card. I did shop around, but other outlets were just as expensive. I thought I would get a better deal for my buck going through a doctor. Also at that time, the President signed into a law an act that waived a doctor's referral. If I had known, I would have waited. Shop around before you buy any hearing aids. You can get rechargeable batteries for about $500 total. The doctors are good, but you can probably get a better deal elsewhere with a better product."
