"The receptionists are rude. My sister-in-law just got home from the hospital yesterday afternoon and God forbid they fell asleep and missed the appointment unintentionally! She called to explain the situation to see if she could get the baby back in, but they refuse to take you if you miss one appointment! ONE! Dr. Moos is a great doctor, and I feel like if she heard the situation she would still see the baby, but they won’t let you speak with Dr. Moos! HOPEFULLY SHE SEES THIS!!"

"Dr. Mooss has blown us away. After being at another office for a few years, we’ve never experience the care we’ve had here. Dr. Mooss is super thorough and caring. When my son was hospitalized she communicated with the hospital the whole time and would personally call me after hours to check on him. Great care, great staff."

"Front desk staff was extremely helpful getting my boys in the system, and fitting my 4 month old in for shots. The nurse we had was sweet. Dr. Mooss is knowledgeable and friendly. She keeps very busy so appointments need to be scheduled a couple months ahead of time and there's a strict no-show policy because of it."
