"I went into have someone new color my hair. I had finally found someone that mastered my hair color and unfortunately she has left :( due to circumstances out of her control. So I was referred to the next stylist. All my color was noted and I supplied how it was done in the past. Well the color was left on over and hour and a half due to another customer getting highlights. I'm completely worried about how over processed my hair is now due to how dry it feels."
"Solid 4/5 experience. $29 got me a perfectly fine women's haircut with a professional, friendly hair stylist. Lost a star because the women's haircut did not include a shampoo or condition--she simply sprayed my hair with a spray bottle and began cutting. I know $29 is on the cheaper side for a women's hair cut.. but c'mon, not even a shampoo?"
"Melissa cut and treated my hair last week and was awesome. She gave me some good tips about washing my hair and really listened to what i was hoping to accomplish with my cut. She kept working with it until it was satisfactory and was careful to make sure everything was even and didn't rush. Bailey took care of my 9 year old daughter yesterday. She was very sweet and talked to her, explaining everything that she was doing. My daughter was nervous about the tea tree mint treatment but Bailey explained what it was and how it was going to feel. She was very kind and went out of her way to make her feel comfortable"
