"Britney acts like she knows everything there is to know about lashes but she literally is terrible! My other lash girl had to take layers of lashes off of my natural lashes because she created bundles of rock hard groups just around 1 lash and it hurt sooo bad. I don’t know how she’s “training” people. She acts high and mighty running this business but doesn’t even take people when they need to come in or accommodate them at all. My eyes are still healing from her doing my lashes. She should be shut down."
