Rendezvous Nails and Spa

"Terrible service. The tech ruined my full set and when asked for her to fix it - she started getting defensive and asked me to pay more. I offered to pay more but she kept making comments. She ruined the nails the second time as well. When asked, she made comments about my fingers being crooked. Such a pathetic and rude behavior. Also, made me wait for an hour though I made an appointment. Also, the towels they used smelled horrible- looks like never washed. Overall, charged me extra for a horrible service and an extra rude customer service."

"I do try and not leave negativity online for businesses. However I went in to get nails removed and a new set. My nails that needed removed I did myself, they were thick and not great but hey I tried and I'm trying to learn. I took that with a grain of salt. The tech kept making comments about how thick they were and would just keep making these comments. I am not sure the tech said something about the smoke from the nails or a comment about how I smell like smoke. I am a smoker and I try my best to not smell like it for other people. Nothing was said during this appointment other than my thick nails and smell of smoke. On top of it all, no cuticle work was done at all. Not even pushing them back a little. I can move on from that, some place do not do this for safety reasons. Then when it came to the design, it was not even close to what I asked for. So I just asked for solid color and moved on about this as well. Then I leave with dust all over my nails, filed bits hanging from them and rushed out so they could leave. All these things aside I paid 70+ dollars for this and didn't even have a relaxing experience. I don't care so much about that comments made and no conversation. But the fact I was rushed out, not even cleaned, oiled anything just asked for money and pushed out the door. I am not saying this place is bad by all means or my nails are not nice but the whole experience together just was not what I was hoping for. I would not tell people no to go as that is their own opinion but I would not go back here myself anytime in the future."

"Bets nail place I'm town. If you call ahead and ask if they have time or make appointment they are always ready when they say they will be. I get gel pedicures here every 6 weeks or so and they last!"

"I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I needed to on this one. I came in with my best friend who was my maid of honor 5 days before my wedding. I asked for a mani/pedi with gel polish. First, I am not going to pretend that I am very knowledgeable in nails, cuticles, etc., but my previous experience is that they push back the cuticles and clean up around the nail bed. This did not happen, in fact, they painted my nails so fair away from the cuticles it looked like my nails were two weeks old. I even brought this up before she was finished and she still did not fix them. Lastly, my toes were not gel even though I was very specific about this, I caught this half way through and they did change it but it added another 30 minutes to our visit. I wish I would have done more research before going to this nail salon, especially since these were my nails for my wedding."
