"The worst physical therapist experience I’ve ever had. I was treated like I’m stupid the whole entire time and he told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me without even asking me what my issues were. He said I needed to go to the gym. My insurance pays for physical therapy not a gym membership. The whole point of physical therapy for my specific issue is figuring out what movements to do to help with my pain. I made the drive to the office and wasted gas when everything he said could have been done with a phone call. This was a ridiculous waste of my time with a physical therapist that obviously doesn’t care about his patients."

"Went for bad neck pain and doctor prescribed neck massage. After telling them the first time I need to lay down not sit in a chair for a neck massage, the next time he sat me in a chair again. Then he began massaging with one hand while talking to another therapist and could have cared less about my neck. I have been through a lot of physical therapy and this was one of my worst experiences."

"The PT team at the Oak Ridge site is excellent. They are efficient, caring, and take the time to get to know their patients. I have had both back and shoulder problems and only started improving after I began physical therapy. Great to have them here in Oak Ridge."
