"It was the worst place that I have ever been to for a CT scan with contrast. I have been having them done for the past 8 years and have never been treated so poorly. The equipment is old. The room was a mess with other equipment. I asked for a weg to put under my knees since my legs were hanging off the unit. They looked at me like I was asking for gold. They just gave me some worn out pillow to use. Please remember that I have been having these done every 6 months for the past 8 years and I have never had to put on a hospital gown. However, they were large and in charge,so if I didn't do it their way,they would have charged my insurance company for service not rendered."

"I brought my 87 yr old mother here suffering from severe degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis. She's in a wheelchair most of the time. She was sent here by her doctor because of her severe pain to get spinal injections. No on ever came out after the procedure to tell me she was ok. I began to worry and my dad called me worried because he had not heard from me in 1 and 1/2 hrs after she went back. Right then a nurse came out and said my mother was ready to leave and I should pull around to pick her up. I couldn't speak. I told my dad and got the car. When Nurse Ratched brought my mom to the car she appeared curt, cold and impatient trying to get my mom in the car. My mother appeared upset. When I got back in the car I asked my mother how it went and she said " horrible". My mother never cries. She's Indian. She said she cried because the nurses hurt her so bad when they moved her around. She said he told them and they told her the would be done soon. My mother is so petit and fragile. How dare they. Remember nurses when you become so cold at your job you need to GO. Dont ever entrust this place with your loved ones"

"I’m sure w/o the Covid-19 pandemic the experience at the clinic would be much better but they have rules they have to follow so my appointment seemed very uptight. But the ladies were all nice enough considering the health environment we are all going through."
