"Had social security and lawyer send me here. I'm severely sick have gastroporysis and polymyositis over 15 hospitilazations and 30 er trips and 100s of labs. Dr. Uzle looks at me ok I have had a stomach bug and been to it hospital 2 times in 3 days for labs andfluids.he looked at me and said when is the last time you used opiods with a needle. Then I said I don't he pointed at my arm and said there's two new marks. I had been at er and I have over 1500 pages of paperwork from it alone. If I didn't need this evaluation I would have told him how I felt."

"The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The doctor was very professional. I read other reviews before going and got worried because everyone was saying he was arrogant and rude. But he was not! Obviously he wasn't over friendly, he's not there to make friends. He's there to determine your physical abilities/disabilities."
