"Terrible just absolutely terrible. Today was my third time in the office thinking I was gonna have work done. 1st was a consultation for braces where they just talked about $$, the second visit was x-rays and poking just to tell me I need more work before I can get braces aka more $$, today was my third visit, and I was thinking I was finally going to get all my work done, but they somehow don’t have my insurance on file and tell me I need to reschedule or pay the $$$$$$ to be seen. Absolutely never going back I’ve wasted 3 months here (1 visit a month to get everything lined up). the front desk is super rude too every single visit she looks grumpy and not put together, I’m 3 months pregnant and even I can do better/ act nicer."
