"Dr. Leslie took great care of my son just before closing time while shorthanded. She was kind, patient, caring and professional. He got the urgent care he needed, and we are very grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Leslie at this Gallatin, TN Walgreens for urgent care needs."
"I went to this clinic on July 27th with a rash that was coming and going and just unbearable. I tried to tell the nurse the about my complaint but she wouldn't listen and kept telling there was nothing they could do to help me. Rash is a symptom of COVID-19 and I was admitted to SRMC in Thursday with Covid 19. She didn't as if was running a fever short of breath or questions to find out what was going on. I home now but I do have pneumonia. My question is is this the type of medical personnel you want in your clinics. And oh yeah then she said that ty don't take bluecareTn. She wrote down that Walgreens near Wendy's might take it. I was hurt and discouraged and went home and my health became worse."
"The first appointment I ever went to here the female doctor was very kind. She took good care of me and told me if I wasn’t feeling well in a couple days to come back and she’d provide a note for my work. When I went back a couple of days later, (same day I had to cancel a flight for a fun vacation because I was still feeling so bad), the male doctor told me I just had a cold and didn’t have a fever (Literally took my temp and it was over 100 which is not normal for me) so didn’t want to write me a note. I don’t know about everyone else, but I personally don’t make a habit of canceling already paid for vacations if I’m feeling well. After asserting that I felt it was extremely unprofessional to treat a patient as if they weren’t sick and feeling bad, he wrote the note. Not everyone comes in to a doctor acting sick and pitiful even if they feel it. Today I have flu-like symptoms, and since I have the exact same symptoms of a friend who was just diagnosed with the flu, I feel confident that’s what I have. I made an appointment earlier today for 5:40 so I could get there right after work, and I arrived early as requested at about 5:30. At 6:20 I still hadn’t been acknowledged and asked the nurse how much longer because I had another appointment to get to, and she immediately displayed an attitude. She also said she didn’t see patients nor did she have an idea about the scheduling. So then what’s your job? What are you doing in scrubs in the doctors office literally seeing patients and then helping people as they come up to sign in? The doctor then asked what my name was, looked at a sticky note and told me it’d be 25 more minutes because someone else was ahead of me. Totally unacceptable to ask someone to wait an hour and five minutes after their SCHEDULED appointment with absolutely no concern that you’re behind and likely taking walk-ins ahead of your actual appointments. And you’re keeping up with your patient’s names on a sticky note? I had to leave to get to my next appointment and will now not be able to see a doctor today. Huge waste of my time. Don’t set appointments if you can’t keep them. Even 20 minutes behind I’d understand. At many offices if a patient misses an appointment they are charged a fee, but there is clearly no value to other people’s time and energy. At the very least, someone could have told me they were running behind prior to me having to ask 40 minutes in. I’d recommend if you’re looking to go here that you strongly consider going to a facility with more professional staff. They have made it clear to me twice now that they are not concerned with other’s time or well being. I will not revisit this clinic for any reason."
"I’m almost 20 weeks pregnant and was sick for a few days before coming in. They saw me quickly and I felt like Allison took the time to really ask me what was going on. Turns out I had more going on than I thought. Super grateful for both of the girls working today! Allison was super sweet!"
"Leslie King (I think she in a NP), was very rude during my 1st visit. She kept talking endlessly about the fact that I was lucky that my PCP office gave me numerous referrals to specialists, as if I didn't deserve it. I was talking to the person trying to draw my blood about being a vegetarian, & Leslie started talking about grilling meat & how she enjoyed to eat isome pieces of steak completely uncooked & raw. Leslie had nothing to do with my blood draw, but continued to linger in the room. I have been there twice for unsuccessful lab work as well. On both occasions they did not show confidence in their skill or knowledge."
