"Well… I’ve starved myself for the last 37 hours, drank an insane amount of miralax in the last 24 hours, the nurse calls roughly 24 hrs before the procedure to go over everything & to inform me to NOT use the bathroom upon arrival as they needed a sample for pre op.. I’ve now been sitting in this waiting room for over an hour … 238g of miralax in the last 24 hours to not be able to use the restroom until they decide to call me back is literal torcher not to mention how loud my stomach is currently & heads turning because of it. So far, the MOST uncomfortable experience at a medical facility I’ve had. 0/10 don’t recommend."

"We want to thank the whole team for being so professional so kind even though we could not have the procedure done at this surgery center we would highly recommend this center all doctors and nurses so kind we thank you very much for your time and patience we will have this procedure with Dr Daughtry at a different surgical center due to high blood pressure nothing else. "I had an awful experience from start to finish! There were only two people who were kind to me. I brought my two year old twins in for tubes. The lady at the front desk was rude to me because I was alone and didn't have someone else with me. My son doesn't like to be bothered. So he fought having his vitals taken. He also has other minor set backs that he is being seen by medical professionals over. After seeing this, one of the pre op nurses didn't do anything to get him ready. She had me do it. So instead of her doing her job, I had to give him the medicine he needed before anesthesia. Another by standing nurse thought that was funny. I in no way had any issues with helping but to flat out refuse was ridiculous. Then the real prize winning issue was that after spending five minutes with my son, Dr Lee came in and said he felt like my son had autism! All because of his "behavior" problems and the fact that he tried to hold my son's had and he let go after a few seconds. My son is two! He was in a strange place and had many people in his face. I was shocked at the audacity of him to suggest something like that to me. that is completely out of his field of practice. He is in no way qualified. I wish I could take it all back and never have even called this facility."

"Super IMPRESSED!!! From the initial phone calls with nurses to go over my 2yr old son's tube/adenoid surgery to the actual surgery day (this morning), this team was wonderful! They were friendly, and very patient/thorough about any questions I had. I really appreciated the texts in the days leading up to today with reminders, directions, etc, and also, the calls I got updating me during my son's procedure. They called after he went under to let me know how that part went and right after surgery, Dr Lee called to go over it all. Overall very happy! Easy to get to (street to the left of Lowes in Gallatin) and clean facility, etc."
