LA COSTA NAILS AND SPA

"I just want to say that Ron there does great nails. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. I got my nails done there last night with a random person, she painted them too far from the cuticles, they look like I got them done a week or two ago. I also had a chipped nail and I asked her to glue it together. She said that with just gel nailpolish it would stick. It didn’t. I called the store and told them about my experience, they said come back and we’ll fix it. I go back there, they leave me sitting down for a little less than 20 minutes then the first thing the lady at the front desk tells me is “it will cost $3 a nail” that does not make any sense to me. So they messed something up, and its very inconvenient for me to waste the time to go back to this place after I spent over an hour there, then they tell me to pay???? I was just getting gel manicure on my natural nails. I will not be going back to this place. My nails should not look like that hours after paying about $100 to get them done."

Hannah was my technician, and she did an amazing job. She took her time, was so nice to talk to, and I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. I can't wait to come back!"
