"Horrible experience with their front desk - scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance and when I showed up said I was out of insurance coverage. Basic customer service would have offered to do the work at a price and I would have been happy to pay since it was a cleaning but didn’t even offer that and chastised me for not checking my insurance myself - too many dentists office that actually value customer service than to deal with this!"
