"Called and spoke with Jasmine on a Wed afternoon, explained my situation and she was able to get me scheduled with Dr Le first thing the next morning. When I got to the office there was a little bit of a wait to check in however that's understandable because it was first thing in the morning. They brought me back to a room right away, the doctor examined me and came back with options for moving forward with treatment. They did suggest the latest and greatest in the type of bridge however they were extremely understanding that I preferred to stick with the options covered by my insurance. There was no issue with not going with the upcharged items that were not covered by my insurance. They also presented me with a treatment plan going forward for other items that I need to have done and as soon as my daughter is eligible for cleaning with our insurance she will be transitioning to this office as well. All in all the experience was amazing & the staff was understanding and very helpful."

"I’ve been coming to Vista Modern Dentistry for 3 years now and I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff here after each one of my visits. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, and the doctors. Each and every one of them has always been courteous, professional, and made all my visits as comfortable as they possibly could. As other reviewers have said they go above and beyond trying to make sure to put the patient first. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new dental office."

"I went here for a check up and cleaning last year, which I have done yearly since I was a child. The office was clean and seemed nice at first. The x rays seemed to go fine, but they then told me I had four cavities I needed filled. I was surprised since I've only ever has one almost cavity and had several preventative sealants. I got the cleaning and they talked about all these new cleaning methods they had available, all for a cost. The cost of course wasn't mentioned until right before they were going to start. I wasn't paying for a mouth wash by the quarter of my mouth. Then they added the four cavities they wanted to fill and other options they pushed, but I said no to multiple times. They had an $800 bill ready for me, with insurance, but since I kept it to just the cleaning and check up, it was a standard copay. I went to another dentist two months later and got an entirely different x ray review seeing none of the cavities they found. Highly disappointed that I lost trust in dentists after my visit."

"I came in for a cleaning, had an awful x ray by someone who seemed to never do one before. Essentially was greeted by a dentist who was extremely rude and condescending telling me I don’t know how to brush or floss. I have inflammated gums and he was being super rough on purpose. His medical practice should be pulled for this reason, after all this is their job to take care of our teeth and our care should be put above their attitude. Could not recommend this place, staff is nice but surface level type of service"

"Not good. Changed my appointment the night before because they had a meeting. Charged me contracted rate and afterwards told me I wasn't assigned to them and to get it changed or they would rebill me. After my routine cleaning, they up coded my exam and said a prophylactic cleaning is only teeth polishing and they don't do prophylaxis. They are abusing the insurance system at the cost of the patient. Won't ever go back."
